Terms of use

Who we are and this agreement
FitGlade is operated by Corbello Inc., 1515 Aurora Dr., Unit 201c, San Leandro, CA 94577, United States. These terms govern your use of our website, member app and workout content. “We” means Corbello; “you” means the person using FitGlade.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. By accepting these terms when purchasing or creating your account, you agree to them. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your data; acknowledging it is not consent to optional tracking or marketing.
What you receive
FitGlade provides guided workout programs, exercise demonstrations and tools to record activity and progress. Your offer identifies the programs and features included in your purchase. You need a compatible device, a supported web browser and an internet connection to use the service and stream content. Your internet or mobile provider may charge for data.
Programs and packages sold at launch are one-time purchases with six calendar months of access starting from the payment date. Delaying sign-in or starting a workout later does not restart that period. Your account shows the access end date. There is no automatic renewal or further payment unless you make another purchase.
Exercise and health
FitGlade provides general fitness information, not medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation or personalised medical advice. Exercise involves a risk of injury. Choose activities that suit your ability and surroundings, follow the instructions, and use suitable equipment.
If you have a condition, injury, are pregnant or are unsure whether an activity is suitable, ask a qualified healthcare professional before starting. Stop if exercise causes pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms. FitGlade is not an emergency service.
Progress, calorie figures and other fitness estimates are approximate. We do not guarantee weight loss, a particular physical result or that every exercise is suitable for you. This section does not waive rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.
Your account
Use accurate account and purchase details and keep your sign-in credentials secure. Paid access is personal: do not share, sell or transfer your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Use the email you paid with to claim and access your purchase. If you cannot sign in or your purchase does not appear, contact support. We may need to verify that the purchase belongs to you before changing access.
Purchases and Paddle
Paddle is our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Your purchase is with the Paddle entity identified at checkout, under its buyer terms. Paddle handles the payment, applicable sales taxes, receipts and refunds. Corbello provides FitGlade, its content and product support.
The offer and checkout show the price, currency, applicable taxes, access period and any discount before you pay. Your bank may apply currency-conversion or other payment charges. Prices for future purchases may change; that does not change a completed purchase.
Availability depends on the countries supported by Paddle and applicable law. Our Refund policy provides a 14-day refund offer in addition to any stronger rights under Paddle’s terms or local law.
Paddle buyer termsContent ownership and acceptable use
FitGlade’s software, brand, videos, text and other content belong to Corbello or its licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the included content for personal, non-commercial exercise during your access period.
Do not redistribute, resell or publicly broadcast the content, bypass access restrictions, interfere with security, access another person’s account, or use the service unlawfully. Restrictions on copying or reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law.
You retain any rights in information you submit. You permit us to process it as needed to provide the service, subject to the Privacy policy. These terms do not give us a general right to publish your private workout or health information.
Changes, interruptions and third parties
We may improve or update the service and occasionally interrupt it for maintenance or repairs. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Updates must not remove the essential features you paid for without an appropriate remedy where required by law.
If a material problem prevents you from using your purchase, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by your contract and applicable law. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Ending access and deleting your account
Paid access ends when its stated period expires or the purchase is fully refunded. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, account sharing, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these terms. You can contact support to challenge a restriction. Mandatory consumer remedies still apply.
You can request deletion in Account. This signs you out and schedules account-data removal after a 14-day recovery period; the confirmation shows the date. Sign back in before that date to choose whether to restore the account. Deleting an account is not a refund request and does not pause the access clock.
When access ends, the provisions needed to deal with existing rights and obligations, including ownership, payment disputes and liability, continue to apply.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for failures to meet our obligations as required by applicable law. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
FitGlade is supplied for personal use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for business losses or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the agreement was made. This does not remove statutory warranties, remedies or other mandatory consumer protections. Paddle’s responsibility for the sale is governed by its own buyer terms.
Law, complaints and changes to these terms
California law governs your agreement with Corbello, subject to any mandatory protections of the country where you live. You retain any right to bring a claim before a court available to you under applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or a class-action waiver for disputes with Corbello.
Contact us with complaints about FitGlade; contact Paddle for payment disputes. You do not have to give up your legal rights to ask us for help. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply where possible.
We will show a new revision date when we change these terms and give notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an existing purchase. Where fresh agreement is required, we will ask for it.
