Refund policy

Our 14-day refund offer

You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of any FitGlade payment, even if you have started the program. You do not need to give a reason or complete a minimum number of workouts. Each payment has its own window starting from its payment date.

Send your request before the window ends; it does not need to be processed before then. Outside this offer, refunds and other remedies remain available where required by applicable law or Paddle’s terms.

How to request a refund

Email us using the address you paid with. Identify the payment and include the receipt or transaction reference if you have it. A clear statement that you want the purchase refunded is enough; missing a receipt does not remove your rights.

You can instead contact Paddle through the support link in your receipt or Paddle’s payment-support site. For eligible EU transactions, Paddle also offers an online withdrawal option in its customer portal. You do not need to make the same request through both channels.

What happens to access and your money

A full refund ends the access bought by that payment. Other separately purchased access is not refunded by that request. A partial billing correction does not end access. Workout history is not automatically erased by a refund; account deletion is a separate request.

Paddle returns refunds to the original payment method where possible. Its policy provides for eligible refunds within 14 days of approval and qualifying withdrawals within 14 days of the request. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. If you cannot find a refund, contact Paddle with the payment reference.

One-time purchases and account deletion

Our launch programs and packages provide six months of access for one payment and do not auto-renew. There is no subscription to cancel. Not using the program does not extend its access period.

Deleting your account, uninstalling the app or signing out does not submit a refund request. To claim a refund, contact us or Paddle within the relevant period. Asking for a refund does not require you to delete the account.

Faulty content, duplicate charges and disputes

Contact us if content is unavailable, materially different from what was advertised or persistently fails to work. We will investigate; remedies required by consumer law may include repair, a price reduction or a refund, including outside our 14-day offer.

Report suspected duplicate or unauthorised charges to Paddle promptly. You retain any lawful right to dispute a charge with your bank or payment provider. Evidence of fraud or refund abuse may be handled under Paddle’s policy, but we do not use that wording to remove mandatory rights.

Local rights and Paddle

Paddle is the seller and merchant of record. Our 14-day offer supplements its buyer terms and refund policy. If applicable local law or Paddle’s terms give you stronger rights, those rights apply. We do not rely on starting a workout as a waiver of our own refund offer.

EEA and UK consumers can communicate withdrawal with any clear statement. For example: “I withdraw from my FitGlade purchase dated [date], reference [reference]. My name is [name] and my purchase email is [email].” This format is optional.

The refund offer in effect when you purchased applies to that purchase. Later policy changes do not retroactively reduce it.
